You are Atlanta Label, do you only do business in Atlanta?

We have provided product labels to the entire United States for the past 40 years, and have also had plenty of clients working on projects out of the country. No matter where you are located, we strive to provide you the best products and customer service possible to meet your company needs. 

Where and how can you ship?

We have inventory possibilities available with a contract & also drop shipping if requested. Usually, we provide labeled boxes with all necessary project and product information for receiving. Some clients need barcodes or special pallet sizes for inventory purposes, and we are more than happy to provide that if requested. We can ship UPS, freight, dhl international, local couriers, or work with external shipping teams if needed.

What is Rewind Direction / Position?

This rewind chart will let you easily communicate how you want your labels to be finished at the end of a project. This can be relevant to companies that have their labels machine applied to products. Positions 1-4 have the labels visible & facing outward, while the positions 5-8 are wound in (The labels are facing the inside of the core and you only see the liner from the outside of the roll). After choosing whether you want your labels facing out or in, then you just need to choose the direction it needs to be facing as it comes off the roll.

Do you apply labels to products?

Unfortunately, we do not apply labels onto products at our facility. Our expertise is producing the best label for your product.

What is the common turn around time on a new job?

Typical turnaround time for a job where we have the stock on hand and the tooling in house is 7-10 days. When needed more quickly than that, we can provide rush orders. If your product requires material or tooling not in house, it typically takes 2 days to receive it. Either way, we strive to produce Atlanta Label quality labels as quickly as possible.

What is your order minimum?

We do have an order minimum of 500 labels. If a quote is requested for less than 500 labels, then the quotes will be provided meeting our minimum. 

Can you send me samples?

We can absolutely provide free sample packets to show what the material would look like, but we charge a 100$ credit for custom samples with your project's artwork on it. This credit will be applied to any future orders with us (Up to the cost of that project).

What do I need to give you for my label art design?
