Our in-house art department modifies the provided files to the required specs and sends it directly to the printing press. This lack of setup makes digital printing ideal for short run jobs. Digital presses do make up for their lack of setup costs with having a slightly higher cost per unit, so that is why flexographic presses are the preferable choice for large jobs. Our digital presses posses CMYK dry toner technology, are incredibly consistent, and offer options for variable data and versioning. They can roughly handle 6 - 13 inch wide print jobs and allow for a repeat of 18 inches for anything die cut (And much larger repeats for anything not needing a die cut).
